Afshan J Khan is a dually licensed Attorney who practices exclusively Immigration Law and Immigration Related Federal Litigation. Ms. Khan has over ten years of experience with both affirmative and defensive asylum claims, VAWA based claims, family-based petitions, adjustment of status and naturalization. She primarily practices before the New York and Chicago Immigration Courts, but also has clients throughout the United States. She has filed numerous petitions for the release of detained noncitizens, mandamus for prolonged processes as well as Circuit Court appeals from the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Ms. Khan is licensed in IL and NY and federally licensed in Southern District of New, Northern District of Illinois, Southern District of Indiana, Western and Southern Districts of Texas, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. When she is not working, Ms. Khan enjoys hiking trails with her German Shepard.

Nina C. Oksman has over a decade of experience as an attorney practicing in law. She has appeared in courts and administrative venues throughout the five boroughs and the greater New York City area.
